With a Professional Cook by Aires Scavone School of Gastronomy in 2007, she worked in Europe for two years, seeking experiences in high-standard kitchens such as Le Caritz in Biarritz (www.hotel-lecaritz-biarritz.com) and The Ivy (www.the-ivy.co.uk) in London. In 2010, she participated in an Italian Government project in partnership with ESPM, in which his theme was Restaurant Management.
At the end of the course, a trip to Sicily in Italy was offered to all participants who had the opportunity to practice in renowned Taormina Michelinf Star Restaurants.
When back to Brazil (Novo Hamburgo) in 2011 Taci opened up a place dedicated to events, private dinners and special celebrations like baptisms, mini weddings, birthdays and graduations and corporative eents.
In 2014 Taci went to Rio de Janeiro to spend two weeks at Olympe to upgrade her knowledges. in the end of the experience she was invited to stay and work at the famous restaurant of Claude and Thomas Troisgros. She decided to move to Rio de Janeiro and after 8 months working with them she starts her own business doing corporative events, private dinners and social events. She had work with famous bransd as Osklen, ANIMALE, FYI, Nike and more.
In 2017 she decided to move to Hollywood in Florida and starts her own business toghether with her husband Bruno. We invete you to come and meet us at the Tk Bistro, located inside the Presidential Circle with delicious and fresh food everyday serving breakfast and lunch.
